Conafe is a livestock and genetics organisation. Research, ERP, robotics, and genomics workloads have lived on on-premises and legacy hosting. They need a cloud-native path that the same teams can operate.

## How they use Resizes.

Resizes is delivering [Platform](https://resiz.es/products/platform) in Conafe’s AWS as a phased programme: first a Kubernetes foundation, then user-facing applications, then the heavier research and data workloads.

The aim is a managed internal developer platform with GitOps, CI/CD, and observability, so Conafe’s systems can leave legacy hosting without the team having to become a platform company.
