Sales Specialist
Remote · Worldwide · No location or time-zone restrictions
Salary: €30,000–€50,000 per year, plus a bonus based on objectives.
Find the companies that need a managed internal developer platform, engineering agents, or someone to operate the cloud they already have. Qualify them. Bring them to the founders. Stay with the conversation until it is a real engagement with Platform, Agentic, Resizes AI, or services.
What you would do
Own outbound and inbound conversations. Map who we should talk to. Write clearly. Book the right next step. Keep a simple pipeline so the team can see what is open, what is stuck, and why.
What this is not
It is not a script and a quota dashboard. You will need to understand enough of Platform, Agentic, and AWS to talk to technical buyers without pretending to be the engineer in the room.
Who this is for
Spanish and English, written and spoken. Comfortable with founders, operators, and CTOs. Work remotely from anywhere, with no location or time-zone restrictions. Experience selling infrastructure, cloud, or B2B software helps; curiosity about how teams ship software matters more.

Senior Platform Engineer
Remote · Worldwide · No location or time-zone restrictions
Salary: €30,000–€70,000 per year.
Build and operate the platforms that help engineering teams ship with confidence. Work with customers and the Resizes team to turn complex cloud infrastructure into reliable, easy-to-use developer platforms.
What you would do
Design and operate Kubernetes platforms. Automate infrastructure with Terraform and delivery with GitOps and CI/CD. Improve observability, reliability, security, and cloud costs, and help teams own their deployments.
Experience we value
There’s no fixed checklist of must-have requirements. We value experience running production cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes, strong troubleshooting skills, and a practical approach to automation. You can explain technical trade-offs clearly and take a problem from diagnosis through to a lasting improvement.
How you work
You take ownership, share what you learn, and collaborate openly with teammates and customers. You care as much about the people using a platform as the technology behind it.
